With winter fast approaching is "hibernation" on the agenda for you?
In this week's episode we are discussing if locking yourself inside in the warm with a good film or book is better than getting out in the brisk fresh air this autumn/winter? I think we can all agree staying cosy is very tempting, but it definitely comes with it's repercussions. For us getting outside come rain, shine or snow always makes us feel better and we can highly recommend doing the same. However, we know sometimes your body just needs a rest. So listen to what it needs but don't be too lazy!
