This week's episode is all about why we put off doing things, big or small and the excuses we tell ourselves in doing so. There are so many types of excuses, and reasons as to why we use them. Is it so you don't have to do something, or so you will?
We are all used to making justifications or allowances for the things we do/don't do, whether it be on a daily basis or just a one off. But is there a knock-on effect when we do? Is it just a way of us absolving?
